List Usage
Lists are rented for a one time use with the approved offer, and may not be duplicated, reproduced or transferred without prior written authorization from American Student List (ASL). Unauthorized use of lists will be subject to additional billings and/or damages.
Reuse of Lists
Lists are available for unlimited usage for one year from the date of purchase, at the stated price for the same product. All of our lists are seeded with decoy names to protect against unauthorized use.
Minimum Charge (per order)
$200.00 plus shipping and handling and sales tax, if applicable.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is billed at cost plus handling. All orders are shipped UPS 2-Day service unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Sample Mailing Piece/Telemarketing Script
Sample mailing piece/telemarketing script is required for approval prior to shipping order.
Delivery Schedule
Normal production time requires two to four working days from the date we receive the order until it is shipped. Please call to verify ship dates or the status of your order.
Payment
New accounts require prepayment by check with their initial orders. A completed credit application including both bank and trade references is required to establish credit. Once credit is established, terms are net/30 days. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted.
Accuracy of List Counts
Lists are continually being updated. All counts provided are estimates and may vary from the actual order. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for shortages or overruns of lists or mailing pieces due to such changes.
Guarantee of Deliverability
Each list is guaranteed separately. We will refund 15 cents for each piece of undeliverable mail in excess of the guaranteed deliverable rate for each list, provided that the list has been mailed within 30 days of the date received by you. The undeliverable mailing pieces must be returned to ASL within 90 days of our shipping date. Telephone numbers are not guaranteed. ASL has used its best efforts to ensure the accuracy and deliverability of its lists, but we cannot guarantee the success of your mailing. Therefore, we are not liable for any special or consequential damages sustained through the use of our list, and in no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the list.
Cancellation Policy
Orders which are cancelled prior to the initial mail date are subject to a $50 flat fee plus $10/M run charges, applicable selection charges, output and shipping. After the mail date, full charges apply.
